Happy Islamic Republic Day of Iran

1.duben, Den Islámské republiky, připomíná masovou účast íránského lidu v referendu o určení formy státního zřízení v naší zemi, ve kterém si 98 procent obyvatel zvolilo Islámskou republiku jako formu své vlády. Navzdory tomu, že od tohoto hlasování uplynulo téměř půl století, lidé v Íránu nadále pevně stojí za svým systémem a svou milovanou zemí, a to i přes vnucenou válku ze strany Iráku, nespravedlivé sankce Spojených států a dokonce i dvě epizody brutálních válek zahrnujících Spojené státy a Izrael.

 April 1st, Islamic Republic Day, commemorates the massive participation of the Iranian people in the referendum to determine the system of governance in our country, in which 98 percent of the people chose the Islamic Republic as their form of government. Despite nearly half a century having passed since that vote, the people of Iran have continued to stand firmly by their system and their beloved country, despite the imposed war by Iraq, unjust U.S. sanctions, and even two instances of brutal warfare involving the United States and Israel.
